This is an environment that is both challenging and rewarding. I have thrived in this fast-paced, idea-rich environment. Every job is important, and we are all links in a chain. Nothing can be overlooked. This is a profession that requires a great deal of expertise.

Returning to work in a corporate setting and seeing the practical application of my skills has been very beneficial. I have regained my confidence and am learning new things every day. I am excited to explore this new world and to face the challenges of the workshop.

The projects are very interesting and allow me to apply what I learned in high school. I felt very welcome and I appreciate the team spirit at INODEC.
